Tartary Buckwheat Tea
Our tea is made from polished seeds of buckwheat grown in ecologically clean areas. It grows in Taiwan, in the Southwestern and Northern parts of China. The tea is harvested at certain times of the year and the seeds are not allowed to ripen. They are collected, cleaned, granulated, and fried: this helps to preserve the greatest amount of nutrients and microelements.
This drink is a perfect fit to add to your daily routine to become stronger, healthier, and/or give up coffee. Best of all: it has an incredible taste that will help you reduce your sweets intake. The aroma and taste of this tea resemble homemade oatmeal cookies, so it can be drunk without sugar and desserts.
How to brew a perfect cup of tea:
- Take 5 g (approximately 1 teaspoon) of granules
- Pour 95 С water over the buckwheat in the cup
- Allow the tea to steep for about 3 to 5 minutes
- Enjoy this unique taste
